Dear partner,
thank you for choosing to use our API. These pages contain the documentation and will help you easily connect to our system and guide you through the different necessary steps to successfully build and maintain properties as well as synchronize property information, prices and availibilities.
Our API has left beta status. If you however encounter any issues concerning the functionality of the different services or ambiguities within this documentation, please contact your account manager or send an e-mail to schnittstelle@travanto.de.
In order to get a general overview and to start connecting to our system, the table of contents including a revision history will be your best starting point. Basics
- General concepts –> Gives you a general idea of the usage, possibilities and restrictions of the API.
Property related data
- Occupancy service –> How and when to send occupancies and availabilities.
- Price services and live pricing information –> Best practices on how to send sensitive pricing information ranging from basic rental prices to additional fees as well as booking rules. You can also live check prices using a special request.
- Picture/Image service –> Sending pictures has never been so easy…
- Description service –> Meaningful descriptions can be pushed this way.
- Amenities Service –> Add amenities of all kind to your presentation.
- Property/Object Service–> Create entire properties from scratch using this service.
Retrieving booking and enquiry information
- Bookings Service —> Retrieve all information about bookings having been made by Travanto. (Applicable for instantly bookable properties only)
- Enquiries Service —> Retrieve all information about enquiries having been made by Travanto (Applicable for properties running in enquiry mode)
Notifications and property controls
- Push notifications –> Please make use of our notification service to ensure your booking information are up-to-date.
- Control service –> This service is still being developed and will enable you to trigger properties automatically into different statuses. This will be useful if you need to close a property temporarily or change the status to “Ready to check” for a newly built property.
Please note that the document is still not finalized as we are still developing services and will subsequently add content to this documentation. Most of the services are online and run smoothly. So go for it. :)
